Ooma makes it easy!

The monthly cost was significantly less than our previous POTS service, and the equipment package was reasonably priced. Everything arrived in a week and was super simple to set up. The receiver works with our multi-unit wireless house phone system, and the voice mail function is straight forward and intuitive to use. The biggest advantage is the nearly flawless spam call rejection! By utilizing the 'trusted caller' function those spam calls no longer ring through, going straight to voice mail, and the number of calls has dropped from 90 to less than 10 per day. Fantastic! In addition, the incorporation of the NoMoRobo database prevents numbers on their list from even reaching the voice mailbox. There are a couple of small tweaks that could make the system even better, in my opinion. One would be the ability to block label spam calls so they don't hit voice mail in future. The other would be to have the ability to mount the antenna apart from the receiver with a wired connection as that would make for more options in unit placement. Over all, with their solid connections, clear sound and easy setup, and their stellar customers service, this company is going to do very well and is worth a long look if you are replacing your current home phone. Keep up the good work, Ooma!

Just as good as the last time I used it...

Saying that Ooma is the best is superfluous. It is the best because it is the ONLY VOIP that provides analog fax service. Plus, Ooma phone calls can ring on the Ooma phone and my smartphone. What's not to love?
