Our small law firm switched to Ooma when we became very dissatisfied with the large carrier we had been dealing with for years. What the large company simply couldn't get right, Ooma accomplished immediately. The phone equipment is good quality and easy to use. The sound quality and reception are above average. Their website is super-easy to use, which makes quick, in-the-moment changes simple and effective. The sound quality of the emailed voice messages is clear. So far, every fax has gone through fast and without a hitch. Unlike the large carrier we had so much difficulty with, Ooma gets is all right. We hope they can keep up the great work, so we can keep using their superior service for many years to come.

After shopping around, I found that Ooma was the only one to give me immediate service, by contacting me via email the next day; and by sending me a quote for everything (within a week); and after getting approval to move forward with the move to VoIP phones, the phones came in a about a week and I was able to set up the phones myself and with the help of a personal concierge from Ooma on the phone to assist. I've had to contact customer service twice, but any issue I was having was immediately resolved. I couldn't be more pleased. Ooma, thank you!

The Ooma Office system is very competent as a telephone system for our 25 employees. I came from a software engineering background, so the setup was a breeze for me, but Ooma's system integration team steps in to guide you all the way no matter what your level of experience. If I take off my engineer hat and step back, the system is obviously intuitive and fairly simple to setup for most people. And yet, it's powerful and deep enough to have very sophisticated features. One of the things I like the most is the Virtual Receptionist. This function lets you type in what you want the virtual voice to say for both your after business hours and during business hours answering of calls. You can configure the virtual receptionist to allow the pressing of telephone buttons to take the caller to a company directory, dial an extension, leave a voicemail message, and other things ... or nothing at all other than a simple greeting and prompting the caller to leave a message. The thing that impressed me the most was the quality of the text to audio speech conversion of the virtual receptionist setup. Choose a male or female voice for your virtual receptionist. The audio produced is very impressive (think Siri). We purchased the 2602W telephone handsets for employees and a 2670W IP receptionist telephone for handling all incoming calls to the main number. Both models work wirelessly, so employees can simply take their phones with them if they have to change work areas. Very nice system.

This is the clearest most for your money service you can get! I had technical difficulties for over a month (not their fault) and the service representative stayed with me the entire month. Yes, the same one! That's unheard of these days. Plus, they got my problem fixed by getting Engineering and the Developers on my case. It was great! By the time we all figured it out the app was finally working with my new iphone that has xfinity mobile. There was a glitch between the two and they got it figured out. The customer service rep was nice and helped me through the entire process. Plus now I can get text on my work number, park calls, fax from my phone, and SO much more! Best deal for your money. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
