The user just dials *50 on any unassigned phone and enters their extension number and voicemail PIN. All outgoing calls will show the appropriate Caller ID and all incoming calls to the extension will ring on this device. When the user leaves, they just dial *51 to unassign the phone and ready it for the next hot desker.
