I like the features, easy to set up, reasonable price and monthly fees, support department willing to help to resolve any issues,easy to track calls and easy to block nuisance calls, and easy to make long distance calls, and Ooma offers accessories if needed.

Puts magicJack to shame

Just for sentimental reasons, I wanted to keep an old landline number at minimal expense. I started by switching from my old AT&T service to Spectrum phone, which was cheaper, but over time, became too expensive. So, then it was time for magicJack. After low earpiece volume, a power supply failure and free replacement, and finally a failure and replacement of the unit itself, I kicked magicJack to the curb and was again in the market for a VoIP provider... enter Ooma. With easy setup and tech support that actually speaks English, Ooma is everything that magicJack wasn't. Yes, I wondered about the initial expense of purchasing the Telo unit, but it's been way more than worth the cost of the unit to not have the aggravation I had with magicJack. Ooma is essentially flawless, I've had it for 7 years now, and it been completely out of sight, out of mind. Plus, the monthly fee has gone up a whole 65¢ in the past 7 years, an increase of $7.80 per year, which is about the cost of a Big Mac and a large order of fries... not bad. So, if you're shopping around for a VoIP phone service provider, stop looking and just get Ooma. You'll be extremely happy with it.

Great features at a great price!

So much better than frontier which had increased to almost $70 for a minimal amount of features with a occasional buzzing noise and being forced to deal with around 20 scam calls a day! Now paying only about $15 for pretty much every feature you can think of or ever want including being able to send all callers not in your phone book straight to voicemail. Sound quality is amazing and practically 3d like. It has certainly been a while since the house has been so peaceful! Thanks a lot ooma!

Easy to install and use. You can use your old phone number just have to wait for previous carrier to release.Great quality.

Amazing

I know next to nothing about technology and hooking systems up, but my grandson told me how easy it was, and I was able to do it with no problems whatsoever! The service has been consistent, no lost calls or interruptions. I would recommend Ooma to my friends. Thank you.
