I first called Ooma to inquire about porting over our business landline. I heard the person on the phone and hung up. I tried to call again later and the second person didn't sound like they liked their job either. Then, she called me back with a cheerful voice and said she had missed my call. Her name was Nadja. I told her why I hung up and she changed my mind to inquire about Ooma. She was very nice and I knew if she took the time to call me back, I had the right company. She explained everything, as I am not tech savvy. Our business signed up and customer support walked me through everything I needed to do to set up. After paying hundreds a month for a landline, with very little customer support or knowledge, we are excited to start with Ooma. Thank you Nadja for calling me back, I'm so glad you did!
I have two phone numbers with Ooma. Everything works great except for Call Waiting. The Call Waiting feature only Beeps on the handset letting you know there is a call coming in but the incoming phone number does not DISPLAY on the handset screen letting you know whose calling. Ooma can't seem to find the glitch. One of my phones has no problem displaying the incoming number but the other phone number doesn't display the incoming number. Have worked with Ooma trying to resolve this issue but no luck. Seriously If you can live without a full functioning Call Waiting system then Ooma is for you. Great service from this company.
