Yes, the Ooma Home Phone app is available on both the App Store and Google Play. Bundle customers can use the app to make and receive unlimited mobile domestic calls in the U.S. and Canada, check voicemail, update their account preferences and more.

The bundle hardware—an office desk phone, an Ooma Telo base station and an Ooma Linx—has a one-time cost of $99.99. The Ooma Concierge Plan for phone service is $14.99 per month, plus applicable taxes and fees.

When customers activate their Ooma Home Office Bundle, they sign up for Ooma Concierge Plan. This phone service plan is $14.99 a month and includes a white-glove, dedicated support line that provides 24/7 assistance with service and feature setup, as well as ongoing Ooma support.

Yes, all Ooma devices come with a one-year limited warranty for material defects. This means we’ll replace or repair your Ooma device for one year from the date of purchase. You can extend the one-year warranty to three years for the one-time fee of $69.99. This option is available any time during the first year of service. The Home Office Phone does not support video calls. To get videoconferencing, you’ll need an Ooma Office business phone system. We recommend an internet connection speed of at least .384 megabits per second upload and download for Ooma’s VoIP home phone service.
