Once connected, all incoming and outgoing calls are routed through the Ooma Enterprise cloud network enabling Teams users to make, receive and transfer calls without ever leaving the Microsoft Teams application.
We simply ask that you have at least five users you want to enable, that they have Office 365 and are using Microsoft Teams for internal calling and chat.
