Rated 1 out of 5by Support was usless My office manager found a box with your product while shopping at a SAM's Wholesale store and thought it may benefit our business so she bought it and gave it to me so that I could start installing, but she failed to read the box carefully and when I did, there was only had one extension included so that meant that we could only use one phone, but I needed 5, so that was really no big deal I thought, so then I called the manufacturer's telephone number do they could tell me where I could go and buy the other 4 wireless phone jacks for my other 4 office stations, only number to find out that in a very rude manner I was told that I needed to fist install the one in the box in order for them to sell me the rest. "I don't get it" and the support person wasn't much help, it sounded like she didn't care, so I am going to take it back to the store and get a refund so I can buy different brand and stop stressing my self and stop wasting my time and money with this product. Rated 5 out of 5by Auto Repair Shop I have used Ooma for years, at home and at work. I fired Verizon and now use Ooma Business and have all the features of a large company system with more lines for less cost. My customers have really noticed and appreciate the ability to select new options and the music on hold is the final touch to make us stand out from our competitors. Thanks Ooma, you have a happy customer. April 25, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5by Poor reliability for a business phone I have had my Ooma Office for four months now. In that time, I have had no less than 5 serious problems (e.g. receptionist would not answer, extensions would not work, after hours menu would not work, unable to change greetings) I have an Ooma Telo Premier and loved it but Ooma does not seem ready to play with the big boys in business. Rated 5 out of 5by Ooma rocks! I had the residential version and recently upgraded to the business version for obvious reasons...I love it! I stopped for a short while and used Verizon. What a mistake. Not because Verizon isn't worthy, but because I felt so out of touch with my callers and missed calls. The call forwarding and music on hold makes me happy as well. I couldn't be happier that I'm saving tons of money also!!! Thanks Ooma for making the business version. We all love it. March 10, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5by All in all a very good product, well supported. I've been using Ooma Office for about a month. Aside from the monthly savings vs you know who, I really appreciate the product because it saved me from having to completely rewire the office, which would have been very disruptive and expensive. To my surprise the signal from the base gets right through the thick plaster walls in our building. Telephone line quality is clear and so far no outages, skips, or garbled messages. Another nice feature: we can use our own phones from when we had a different phone system in palce. My biggest complain is with the Virtual Receptionist. She is at times unresponsive or just slow to respond, or mistakes one command for another. Printed instructions don't quite match how the thing actually works. And web-based setup is not so easy to figure out, although I can see the developers are making an effort. There are many more features offered that we don't use, but I'm slowly figuring out how to do things. The manuals are a bit jargony and that makes me insecure, but support has been very good. All in all a very good product, well supported. March 10, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5by Ooma Office is a gift to small business. From the first time you connect Ooma Office you realize what a powerful tool it is and how it can actually bring your small business to a new level of professionalism. Your company's phone system is entirely under your control with no need for professional installers, installation fees, or costly third party set up and maintenance. Customizing the "Virtual Receptionist" is as easy as typing your outgoing messages and making any adjustments necessary right from your computer keyboard. I highly recommend Ooma Office to anyone starting out in business today, or looking to replace an expensive, outdated phone system with today's technology. Ooma Office not only sounds like a professional phone system, it is a professional phone system. March 10, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5by Great for a very small business! We have a small photography business and this works very well for us. Sound quality is great, I like the feature that rings the business phone + my cell phone at the same time. Very easy setup. I just wish it has some of the blocking features that the Ooma Telo has, I am getting many calls to accept credit cards or place my business on Google front page. March 10, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5by Great needs some more features I think this is a very great system with a great price i think you should look into some more features to add including support of 800's and stuff like that. March 10, 2014
