Ooma is broken. Any idea on how to fix it?

Thank you for your help so far. I am looking for a refurbished Ooma Hub right now. Hopefully I can get it cheap. Also, I contact Ooma Support and they said if you get a replacement Ooma Hub, they can transfer the phone number over for free. Hope this thread is helpful for other Ooma user.
