Multi Ring voice quality

On multi ring I'm going to assume you have to press 1 to access the call forwarded to your phone for legal reasons because it is a very annoying thing to have to do everytime a call comes in.

With that said, the biggest problem is with the voice that speaks your choices. I used it a couple of times this evening and she was almost totally unintelligible. The voice was broken up so bad the first time we didn't even know what it was we were supposed to do. Meanwhile the caller had no idea whats going on either.

Is this normal?

The requirement to press 1 is there so that if you don't answer the call, the call will go to your ooma voicemail rather than to the voicemail of the phone where the call is getting forwarded to. Some VoIP providers allow you to turn this off, but ooma currently does not offer this.
